In 2016, NUBIA offered a year-long series of cooking classes. These classes were free and open to the public, thanks to funding from the Boston Cultural Council*. Dishes included favorite recipes from Middle Eastern, Northeast African, Northwest African cuisine, and more. Recipes incorporated healthy and local ingredients, when seasonally available.

We hope to continue this series in 2017, so if you’d be interested in leading a class, let us know!
*This program is supported in part by a grant from the Boston Cultural Council, a local agency which is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, administered by the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture.
